Same as it ever was
Contract Cancellations & Seller Concessions are not "Exploding"

And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack
And you may find yourself in another part of the world
And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile
And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife
And you may ask yourself, “Well, how did I get here?”
Same as it ever was, same as it ever was
Same as it ever was, same as it ever was
Same as it ever was, same as it ever was
Same as it ever was, same as it ever was
Those were the lyrics penned by the band the “Talking Heads” in the 1980 hit – Once In A Lifetime.
In high school, I thought that song was really “deep,” but only a few years later I learned that the pop music that impressed me in high school was not all that profound.
